Is this betting?
No. Ballumo is a football prediction game. You play for points, Rating and bragging rights. You don’t stake money on a result.
What do I predict?
For each match: the score after 90 minutes, the home/draw/away chances, and who will lead on possession, shots and fouls committed. Events and Duels have one to ten fixtures.
Can I play for free?
Yes. Enter public Events, join private Groups by invitation and play free house-bot Duels. Choose Rated or Unrated against a person or bot. Human Duels are unlimited and free.
Can other players copy my predictions?
Each game’s calls stay hidden until 60 minutes before its kick-off. Submit your complete entry before the first deadline; later games stay editable until their own deadlines. Revealed calls can’t be changed.
How is Rating different from points?
Points measure how close your predictions were. Your global Rating measures your results in rated matches, Events, Groups and Duels against people or bots. Unrated Duels and Groups are for points only.
Do I need to be a football expert?
No. Start with an unrated house-bot Duel. You’ll get points for how close your calls are and see where you got it right.
